AEROBIC CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Sculpting/Pilate's: Low impact warm up, uses resistance equipment to build muscle. Pilate's: precisely controlled movements that focus on (core) strengths that align and condition the body.

STEP Interval: This high energy class alternates between muscle conditioning & cardio segments using the step.

STEP & Sculpt: Combines 35 minutes of step with 25 minutes of muscle conditioning & abs.

STEP & TBC: Combines 20 minutes of step, 40 minutes of Total Body Conditioning.

TOTALLY BALL: Increase flexibility, core stability, improve coordination & develops strength using the Thera-Band exercise ball.

Body Sculpting: Use weights, body bars, tubing, & Thera balls to define & strengthen.. For everyone!

Cardio Sculpt & Pump: This high energy class combines cardio low impact movement with weights—for everyone!

Cardio Surprise: Great for all levels; a variety of cardio workouts. Guts & Glutes: 45 minute class that focuses on abdominal & lower muscles. For everyone! New

Kick Box Cardio: Combines the movements of martial arts and boxing to aerobic training.

                   

YOGA CLASSES

Exercise the mind & body to strengthen & restore a greater sense of well-being and relaxation.

Please bring floor mat to class. Classes are held at Washington Twp. Hall only.
