Weather Policy
If Romeo Community Schools are closed due to inclement weather conditions, then all AM Parks & Rec programs are cancelled. Please call our office for the afternoon/evening progams.
If the cancellation takes place after office hours (5PM), a message will be left on our answering system please follow phone prompts.
Refund Policies
- Complete refunds will be given if cancelled by our Office.
- You are entitled to a complete refund before the 2nd class has met, unless otherwise noted. After the 2nd class, a prorated credit to your account may be given, however each case is looked at on an individual basis. A $3 service fee will be deducted.
- For 1 day classes no refunds can be given unless we are contacted more than 3 days prior to the program’s start date. A $3 service fee will be deducted.
Please note: NO refunds will be given after a program is over and/or it’s specifically noted in the program write-up.
Trip Policies
Trips are non-refundable unless cancelled through Parks & Recreation or trip cancellation insurance is purchased. Ask... You may also find a replacement person for your ticket in some instances if approved by the trip supervisor.
We must have all contact information of each traveler (Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone number & Birth Date, Emergency Contact and E-mail at time of registration.)
Adult supervision is required if a participant is under 18 years of age. Caregivers are required for those that need assistance.
Resident & Non Resident Policy
Resident is defined as any persons living within the township of Bruce or Washington, the Village of Romeo or the Romeo Community School District. All others will are defined as a non resident and will be charged a non resident rate. $6 for most programs.

We take pictures at most programs. By participating in our events you recognize and agree that we may use these photo’s for further promotions.
